The art of sourdough
I got really obsessed with making sourdough during COVID quarantine, but I was drinking my weight in wine, so it wasn’t very good. Once I got sober, I was magically able to focus and remember what I was doing, so my bread dramatically improved and I really connected with the process. I’ve loved learning how to make the best bread I can over the past few years, and now I want to share this exquisit TALENT with as many people as possible!
